It is an honor to illustrate for the talented poet Chad Malone's upcoming book. Chad has been in many cool bands over the years. We met when he was in Brother Inferior and touring with my husband's band, Toxic Narcotic. Years ago, I illustrated a cover for a split with Disaster Strikes and Chad's band "Bring Down The Hammer".
Chad wanted an 1800s engraving vibe to the art. He is not the only author asking me for this look, so I developed my own style inspired by vintage engraved illustrations.
